Roll20 and Discord

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I've been having some issue with Discord, which I believe to be something with Roll20. I'm really not sure. My group and I use Discord for voice chat, and play through Roll20. Every single time we do it, I have some problem where Discord's voice freezes up, forcing me to disconnect and reconnect. This happens sporadically, sometimes I can go 20 minutes with no problem, sometimes it happens every 30 seconds. I'm hoping someone else has had a problem like this and found a solution.

Roll20 and discord are two different programs. Roll20 has it's own built in audio/video but many groups use discord instead.
With so many people using Discord they may be encountering choke problems due to high traffic. I'm not an internet tech guy so this is just a guess. You might try a different server region and see it that helps. Also, make sure to white list both Roll20 and Discord in your antivirus program. Lastly, make sure to clear your browser's cache. I had a player who was experiencing problems and he suspected it was Chrome interfering with Discord by hogging the bandwidth. Hope that helps.

I'm using Discord with my Roll20 games since the Hangouts integration stopped. It's been fine.
My players and I use google hangouts with roll20. Everyone already has a google account so this easiest to set up.
Hi Everyone, As this is ultimately a Discord question/issue I recommend contacting Discord themselves in order to garner more information. https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us
