DM Looking For One Or Two More Players Last Minute

I'm currently working on a home-brew game that's going to have it's first session on this Sunday at 7:30 PM CDT. The session will be for about three hours, and we'll do following sessions weekly. For anyone who cares about party balance our group already has a monk, ranger, and rouge. Please, if this game is of any interest to you, feel free to comment below. All I need to know is your level of experience with D&D and the type of character you'd like play. Your character will start at level 1. If you reply and are interested in the game, I'll probably send you a link to the game.  For anyone wanting to know more about the setting of the world, here's a little bit of info: In the world that this game takes place in there's five different kingdoms, and the kingdom the players start in is run by a monarchy. In this world magic is considered rare/exotic and it's common place to see magic user being sold on black market. The world also has millions of the religions, but the monarchy enforces their own religion. Most non-human races live in their own corners of the world, and are an uncommon sight to most humans. The game will start of in a tavern, during a festival to a farming goddess.

Hi! I tend to be long winded... lets see if I can keep it short.... I'm a veteran gamer. Started on AD&D in highschool, moved to 3.5 sometime later for many years... then I found Pathfinder (joined in on Beta). GM experience on all of the above (currently run Pathfinder game on Roll20). I have some player experience with 5e as a player... picked it up and started playing on Roll20 a year ago on and off again. As a player... I am hardcore on the RP aspect of play. I prefer to play a character rather than an archetype and will play any type of role as long as I get to make it my own as a character. Sunday evenings are good for me (I have two toddlers so my schedule is typically limited to the evening). I enjoy lkayaking, spicy chiantis, and... oh... wait... I'm keeping this short. Right. :)

Do you have pre gen charaters?

It sounds like you have a lot of interest already, but if you're looking for more female players (for group balance) I'd be interested. My experience with D&D is limited - I've played one session but I've read a lot of the material (rules, etc) in prep for that game.  I'm pretty comfortable with gaming in general.  I play the AGE system regularly and I have expereince in other systems, too, so I feel pretty comfortable learning new ones.  Sundays are usually good for me.  If magic is rare, does that mean you'd rather players stick to non-magic using roles? If so, I'd be down to play an Elven fighter traveling through the area.  If you are seeking magic users, then I would be interested in possibly playing a human sorceress trying to hide her abilities and hiding from those who might try and capture her.  Whether I"m picked or not, good luck with this! It sounds fun!
