Need Macro Help - 5e

What are the different template names I can use with the standard Roll20 character sheet? 5eDefault? Simple?  I am having a really hard time with the macros. Admittedly my skills have become rusty. Lately I have been just dragging the attacks down from the character sheet. Now I need/want to create a macro that takes Great Weapon Fighting into account (which dragging it down wont do) and queries whether I want to use Divine Smite.  I am having a devil of a time using the attribute names that I see in the Wiki entries. Also I have been cutting and pasting other examples from the forums making tweaks to the character name and I get no errors and no output.  I don't have a lot of hair left to pull out :-) any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Here is the wiki with the  roll templates specific to the 5e OGL character sheet. 5eDefault is on the Community character sheet, which has a different set. I hope you are using the OGL sheet and that this helps. The Community sheet is no longer maintained, so it is advised that you switch to either the OGL sheet or the Shaped sheet. Both of which have a lot of active users and are more than willing to help with your macro needs.
