Welcome to The Ruins of The Northwestern Commonwealth circa 2318 A.D.. From the Booming Frontier Towns of southern Oregon, to the ruins of wild ruinous former state of Washington where snows fall in the winter, and in The Cascade Mountain Range it is rumored fresh water exists controlled by cannibalistic tribals. To the eastern state of Idaho where a near untouched wilderness is settled by small groupings of nomadic Great Khans. The NCR slowly creeps into this new frontier, as does The Mormon state of Deseret, and The Brotherhood of Steel creeps in through the north. Meanwhile a greater threat exists, that of a mysterious cult from the southwest wasteland....
