[LFP] Pathfinder AP

Hi, I've been absent here and with a recent move I am no longer able to maintain some of the games I once did, and looking at the LFG tools here it seems like everyone has switched over to 5e, and while 5e is fine... I just really enjoy the options that pathfinder brings to the table. As such, this is mostly an interest check to see if there are still enough people playing PF here to get a group going. I'd be looking for weekly sessions either Thursday nights (MST) or weekends for ~4 hours. Played using discord or skype (I find it's great to have both as one or the other inevitably has issues). I'm not really picky about which AP we run, I have: Hell's Rebels, Kingmaker, Giantslayer, Hell's Vengeance, Ironfang Invasion, Curse of the Crimson Throne (AE), Strange Aeons and Ruins of Azlant. My GMing style is less combat focused and more story driven. I have run no-combat sessions but they are relatively rare and I try to put at least some combat in every session. I'm also pretty big on realistic consequences of actions. If you sit and discuss tactics for an hour... odds are the NPCs you're trying to sneak up on will overhear you and set up their own ambush, unless you're far enough away that it doesn't matter. I like to keep things as IC as possible while playing.

While I love RP games, and love PF, I am not such a huge fan of modules... But I suppose a kingmaker game could be fun? Never tried it. If you get a game up and running for Thursday or Sunday I would enjoy hopping in with an archer or knight (or squire trying to become a knight)

I love myself some roleplaying, and I really love Pathfinder. I haven't played any of the AP's you've mentioned so I'd be happy to join!

I'd be willing to join on Saturday's if you can do it then! Been looking for a pathfinder AP game and I'd be super excited to play! I've never finished (or started) a single one, so I'm open to doing anything! My character is generally a melee character, but I can build just about anything. Yeah, I'd be interested for a weekend game. It would depend on your timezone / timing however. I'm pretty flexible on characters, but tend towards magical / scheming types.

Might be interested but day and time could be a problem.  Preference is for Friday or Saturday after 6pm Central Standard Time.

Ahh, sorry I could have sworn I mentioned my timezone in the original post. But I'm Mountain time.

I'm in pacific time myself, so I can do pretty much any time of day.

Alright... I guess I should have done this originally, but here is a poll to help me figure out when would be the best time and which AP to run.

Pathfinder! Yes! I'd be down!

If my answer seemed like I just said yes to everything, it's because I basically am. Giantslayer is the only AP that doesn't sound to great, but otherwise I am open for all those times and all the APs, besides Giantslayer, sound great.

I've never played much D&D or Pathfinder at all, but if you'd be willing to take on a newbie, I'd certainly be down to try just about anything! Edit: Though, having looked at the minor descriptions of the APs, Kingmaker and Strange Aeons sound the most interesting to me.

I just filled out the poll. I'm super-interested in a saturday morning PST game. I've played the first half of Kingmaker, so I'd prefer not to repeat that module. Otherwise, even the ones I didn't pick in the poll would still be good.

Well, it's been open for a few days and the results are pretty conclusive at this point. We had 18/33 people who responded say they could play on Thursdays 8-12pm MST. The next closest was the Sunday night game at 12 people. Of the 18 people who said they could play on Thursday, 10 voted for Curse of the Crimson Throne and Ruins of Azlant respectively. In defference to the fact that Ruins of Azlant is incomplete. I will be running CoCT on Thursday Nights. And will probably pick up Ruins of Azlant in a few months when it is completed on Sunday evenings. In the meantime I've modified the 'blank' and will begin accepting applications. Thanks for responding everyone and sorry for those of you who wanted something else or are unable to play on Thursdays. Hopefully I'll talk to you all again in a few months when I start up my Sunday Game. Edit:  And a link to the LFG posting for everyone.
