Question about the first adventure and future ones

Hi, Been tinkering around with the character creator, and managed to get my hands on a pdf of the beta game book. So had a question For those who know of the current upcoming adventure: How heavy is it on combat or RP segments. The reason I am asking is because I am debating between 3 characters, 1 is very social RP skills heavy, one a thief type character (again leaning more towards RP elements outside of combat), and the last a trooper-like character so he is more oriented towards combat.

The RP will depend on the group, but I rather enjoy RP so will attempt to promote as much of it as possible. However, even a combat built character can be great to RP. Unless you plan on RPing a lot with NPCs that's the only time you're really going to be using "social" skills and I don't believe in using such skills against other players. It's my belief a player should be able to RP being convincing, gullible etc within the party dynamic.
Yeah, I mean to use the "social" skills against NPCs to get the party in to places, or out of trouble so on and so forth. I rather not read the adventure and spoil it for myself in anyway, hence why I asked. So say if I roll up a character with a silver tongue, but not so good with a blaster, would that be useful or would I be dragging things down?
