Movement trail

i dont know if this has been asked at all before but i wouldnt mind a nice movement trail to see what spaces a character is moving through, where he started and where he finishes sorta thing.
Cool idea. I hope that they get into this sort of thing after  they get a firm handle on basic functionality w/out the bells and whistles. Still a lot of kinks that can slow or stop playing and commo outright. Multi-media mini-movie effects ala youtube. Being able to crop out/easily accessed public domain footage to insert into game. "You see/hear this". Lot a possibilities here.  Only appreciable enemy is cash flow and complacency. The last one seems to implacably degrade similar sites. Seems like r20 isn't making the 'too much, too fancy, too soon' mistake. Slow and steady, slow and smooth. (that should still have an e on the end. Reads more like 'forsooth')
This is an option that I'd love to see as well.
Me too, since i use roll20 for some of my pbp games, seeing where the PCs have moved is pretty key.
Another vote here!
+1 from me
It has been asked before, but it needs to be asked again because this would be a great feature!
I approve of this message.
Definitely! Had a battle last game that took place in a room with a bunch of trapdoors. The PCs could see the trapdoors, but sometimes because of the flow of combat it was more convenient to step on them. So I kept having to ask them how they got to where they got.
Yup, good idea.

Using the current system, you can use the art tools (either freehand or polygon/lines) to have players draw out the routes they take. You or the players can delete those routes when you are finished with them.  Note: I am suggesting a way to use the current tools to perform the desired task, I am not commenting on the suggestion itself. :) - Gauss
Yes to both! :P
Has my vote!

If i could find an accessible architecture site, interiors would be redundant. Either that or an online program that extrapolates. Current game is 'real world' so google earth and street level work pretty well. Integration is 'eh' but hey, better than prior.  Preesh
