Hello there all, We are a long term group that play D&D and a bunch of other games as well together. We are looking to add to this group. Right now we could use at the very least 1 player extra and at maximum 3 more. We are playing through curse of strahd which has only just started and a homebrew campaign which just started as well. These games are on the following days/times every week(Always subject to change in conversation with the entire group) Tuesdays: Curse of Strahd day! 1:30 PM EST - 5:30 PM EST Fridays: Homebrew campaign day! Medieval high fantasy 1:30 - 5:30 PM EST There could be another campaign added if we have the DM capacity for it. Our style of D&D is a very roleplay focussed and character driven type of game. Mechanics and rules are definitely there and we follow them (mostly) but these take a backseat to character and story driven gameplay, and of course having a laugh and good time. A few expectations that we have of players that want to join us: - Preferably 18+ as we do mature content. (Younger could be considered but you would have to be able to deal with mature content) - Roleplay focused and being able to get into character. (i.e. voice, mannerisms, idea's, morals, personality) - Decent sound equipment, a clear microphone for example. - Discord is a requirement, we use this for our voice chat. - Roll20 is obviously required as we run our games here. - An interest in being more than just a D&D group i.e. showing up and leaving immediately after the game and no other communication than that. (We try to be a group of friends, not just random people that play D&D) - Understandable English. - A seperate session to get to know you and your experience level. - There is a dark sense of humor of our group, if you can't take that this group is probably not for you.
