Question

I received a notification this morning that said something along the lines of my listing for my game has "expired" and now I can't find the game when I search games to join. Or maybe it said the listing expired in the player directory I'm not sure cause the notification didn't go in my inbox it just basically self destructed after I read it and click off of it. I don't know why my game isn't showing up in the join a game listings. I manually searched all 18 pages of game listings and the game wasn't there. It did however appear when I did an automated search. Anyways, there are two seats still available and my game settings say "Listing Status: Shown". Does anyone out there know whats going on?

You will need to check your time/date on your game (detail page) and make sure it is not in the past. Many times the game listing will expire if you set the date and forget to update after game day.

Do you have the mature filter enabled? If you have that and did not use it, it won't show unless you include that filter in the search. The big 3 that generally knocks a listing out of being shown is date/time, filters (usually the mature rating), or the number of players (if it is filled then it is not shown). You check the date and you said you still have space for two more players. Next thing to check is your mature rating. Either that or go through the steps of making it list but then it won't show for a few hours after that as the servers have to sync.

Then I'm left scratching my scalp on this one. Maybe someone else will drop by and enlighten us on it.

Just solved the same Problem by going through all of my games. I still had the tutorial game there, which I couldn't join anymore. After deleting said game it seems to work now. My guess is, it's just a "Hey, we see you're not GM of this game anymore, so please delete it!", which would be a bit weird, but I hope this helps.

So what you are saying is try and delete the game and recreate and thats what worked for you?
