Homebrewed roll20 campaign, similar to DnD 5E; Games every other week, Sundays at 8PM (GMT+2) Looking for people interested in helping me out as Writers/Graphic Designers/Programmers/Co-GMs/ Testers. Even if you have no experience in these fields, only thing that matters is you being interested. No more players needed for now, already have full team of dedicated and reliable players. _____________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________ A quick introduction. I have been on roll20 over 1000 hours, mainly GMing. Found out that I love creating games, and that working with a team is the best to keep quality up. This is my second game, first one I was working with 2 other people already in my dev team. They are now busier than before, so here I am looking for new people. _____________________________________________________ The game at hand. Game type - completely homebrewed, home-made rule set. Close to DnD 5E. Setting - Steampunk/non-magical Schedule - 1 game every 2 weeks. Sources of inspiration - Final Fantasy series, Witcher Series, Ni no Kuni, Medievil, Dofus, DnD 5E Story - As my players can see this page, a way to avoid spoilers is to ask of you to contact me for more info. _____________________________________________________ The good and the bad. * This game already has a great set of players, really motivated and active. Fan-art is being created all the time, chats are active, people create great teams in-game. * I am experienced in creating moderately complex APIs and macros, the game is already heavely automated - it supports a complex item system (most item effects are automatically included in calculating results), it is planned to feature a highly varied ability grid, enemies are as flexible and detailed as players, multiple pieces of code help me in being fair and consistent while allowing players to be as creative as they want. * Lore and gameworld foundation is already very solid, with a good plan set in place for main arc. * The main problem: the time needed for story development, for creating new maps that feel alive, implementing new enemies/items/abilities, testing and preparing to GM - it is just way more than I can handle long-term. _____________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________ Finishing up. I really appreaciate all candidates, and we can talk things through over on discord.
