Legends of the Five Rings Campaign Starting

In the Land of the Cranes, on the Southern Peninsula, to the West of the Mantis Islands, lies your Home Town: Three Rivers. It is here that you grew up, and have returned to help your ancestors prosper. Once again you will see the faces of the Local Governor, Etsu, the kind face of your Sensei Shinichi, and the wrinkled brow of the Shintao monk, Kei. Take your place as fully recognized samurai to bring honor to your town and ancestors. I am new to L5R. So we will be starting at a very small part in the setting. I am not familiar with the overall timeline, still learning it, which is again why I am setting this first campaign in a small town out of the way. So join us. I am looking for 2-4 more players. For my first campaign all players will have to be from the Crane Clan. And any experience level with RPGs or L5R is fine with me. We are using 4th edition L5R We play Sunday nights 7-10pm Mountain Standard Time (GMT-7). We use Roll20 for the game table, and Google Hangouts for voice (I don't do webcams, they distract me). Love the setting, but dont have the 4e books and not really able to quick read them. Im pretty fluent with 3e, if the system is simalar I may be able to quick skim and play. Also, I cant play on sunday because I have a starwars game going on then.

Hi Darrel - I may be interested. I recently picked up a copy of the new 4th edition rules (but also own the popular 2nd edition rules). What edition are you using? Also, while I do have time constraints, do you plan to run the game on a weekly basis? Thanks!

its 4th, but just today, my game filled up (I think, folks haven't circled me up in Google+) it is a weekly game, and if you like I will keep your name if a player drops. Let me know. Otherwise, game is closed to looking for new players at the moment.
