Better way to sort "Speak As" menu.

If at all possible, I'd like to see the folder hierarchy for the Speak-As menu, for both players and DMs. I enjoy organized sorting and categorizing, and being unable to quickly find the character I wish to speak as through favorites, or folder searching, and instead needing to scroll through a list that holds no logical sorting order (Created last?)... The menu could be done better.
