Had no voice

The voice option of the game did not work on my Sunday game. Everyone refreshed and exited two or three times, and nothing. Today working on a setup and kept losing the server.

Were you trying to use voice chat via WebRTC, Flash or through Google Hangouts?

Was this a problem with everyone's client, or was it select people in the group that couldn't hear each other?
everyone involved

The Flash version of the app has always been a bit unreliable and buggy, it's why webRTC was added as the primary option with the Rugged Reroll. If everyone is using the latest version of Firefox and Chrome, I'd recommend giving that a shot to see if it works any better. If that fails, you can also try running Roll20 through a Google Hangout to see if that works better too.
ok thanks

I'm (just me, all others are OK) having the same issue tonight. I can hear/see, but can't send voice or camera. Anyone have a suggestion? We have some die hard IE people in game.

IE is not supported anymore. Actually never really has been but the plugin was but now is obsolete and not supported. Usually you have to give the camera permission and that is located on our avatar (I think). You might want to double check you audio & video settings in the setting tabs also. Do you have any extensions or plugins? Some of them cause roll20 to act in strange ways. Usually it is recommended to disable them all and see if that clears up any problems then start re-enabling them one at a time to find the bad one. One person also suggested whitelisting roll20 on your plugins that allow that.
OK, didn't know they can't use IE. Guess the die hard loaded FF. ;-) Always before I had 2 popups when I joined the game. The first one was Flash settings, then a second one for the camera/mic settings. Now I'm only seeing Camera/Mic settings, which work fine, but as soon as I close the settings, the camera goes off, like the game isn't starting flash. Tried all the clearing data and turning off plugins, and switched to Crome, which has none loaded (FF has tons but always worked before.)

As Metroknight stated, Internet Explorer was not supported due to it not being compatible. A Google Chrome plugin resolved this but that plugin is no longer being produced and supported. With Internet Explorer's latest version (11) it is now starting to get the same functionality that Chrome and Firefox have had for quite some time. The latest version *may* work with Roll20 but it may not work properly in every aspect. If I remember correctly the Devs have stated that they will start to examine IE to see if it will play nice with Roll20 now.

Sounds like it is the settings and the only place I know of setting it is in the avatar box. Usually you can pan over the image or the box/bar attached below it to find the setting icon. After that I don't know as I usually have all that disabled for any of my games and just use skype.
The error text I'm getting is: "The video stream failed to connect. Please notify the site owner if this continues to happen." The video/player avatar boxes are turned to black squares with that text displayed in white letters.
