You should put your time zone in your profile and post. It helps GMs and players choose you.
While I am not interested in running another game right now, I would be happy to work with you to create a conversion for either Savage Worlds or Cypher.  While FATE can work as well, that is not something that can be worked out ahead of time.
i live in Dundee new York, I guess that makes it eastern time, time to me Is flexible and I am extremely new to everything I have no idea about cyher or fate or anythinglke that sorry :(
There are a few existing games that take place in worlds very similar to Redwall, it wouldn't be hard to adapt them. I'd be surprised if you couldn't find hacks on reddit or G+ if you poke around.  1)  Mouseguard by Burning Wheel HQ (There's also a PBtA hack of the game, which is more story focused and less crunchy, I think it's called The Woodlands?)  2)Pugmire, which is more dog focused, but could probably incorporate other animals along with/instead of dogs?  Check these out, they might scratch your Redwall itch.
+1 to definitely checking out Mouse Guard. Just look at the artwork and you'll probably be in love. Burning Wheel rules (which Mouse Guard is a child of) are somewhat strange if you are grounded in only D&D, but they're actually simpler than D&D and only medium-weight complicated.
