[Mage The Ascension] Arete Macro

Hi, how about folks? Beforehand I would like to warn you that I am not fluent in English and I am using certain resources to be able to communicate here, so I will try to expose my doubts very simply so that there are no errors. I played Mage two years ago, but I met the macros a month ago. However, I have learned a lot since then and had an idea: a macro where I throw the arete, choose which sphere, choose whether it is vulgar magic or coincidental magic (which would automatically define the difficulty), and finally calculate how much paradox the player took (case of vulgar magic). Where I arrived, I can choose the sphere and made a format to choose vulgar or coincidental, like the one below: ?{Type|Coincidental,/r @{Arete}d10>[[3 + ?{Sphere Level|1}]]|Vulgar,/r @{Arete}d10>[[4 + ?{Sphere Level|1}]]} What am I missing? When I exclude the part that would define the difficulty of vulgar magic, it works well. Thank you for everything and if you do not understand something, let me know! Thanks. p.s: I'm a free user
Hi, Amilcar S. The issues you're having with your macro are caused by your attempts to nest Roll Queries . You can avoid these issues by rewriting your macro (to avoid nesting Roll Queries): /r @{Arete}d10>[[3 + ?{Type|Coincidental, 0|Vulgar, 1} + ?{Sphere Level|1}]]
