Default character controlling a token when dragging it out of the journal

When a character has a 'default token' set, and I drag that character out of the journal and into the playing field, it creates the default token. However, you then have to double click the token and set the controlling character to that same one you just dragged it out of. It would be nice if it would automatically set a token to be controlled by character X if I created it by dragging out character X's journal entry. I'm having to drag 10 NPC and PC character entries, and then setting the new tokens individually to be controlled by those 10 NPCs and PCs I just dragged them out of, repeating the process for each map.
