Drag and Drop from Compendium issue

I reciently purchased the Monster Manual which includs pre-generated tokens.  I am attempting to drag and drop both a bat, and a giant octopus onto the screen but nothing is generating when I try to do so.  Other tokens appear, such as a giant bat, but these do not.  Is there a glitch that is currently being worked on?  Thanks!

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs.
