Drop Monsters from 5e Compendium: Blank Token

I initially posted this topic in the character sheet forum, because I thought it was a character sheet issue, but after more testing, changing character sheets', etc., it looks like Compendium bug. When I drag a monster from the 5e Compendium to a map, the character sheet is created properly, but the Token is broken. There is a blank token created on the character sheet, and it wont drop onto the map. Here's how it looks: That blank space under default token is not empty: there is a bugged token there: I cant add a new token till i delete the current, invisible one. Once I delete the token, i can add my own token, but it has no linked data (HP, AC), so its pretty clunky.

I've created a second campaign, and the same thing is happening. I've tried in Firefox and Chrome, with extensions disabled, and see the same behaviour. Is anyone else seeing the same issue?

Also, looking at the compendium, none of the monsters have portraits. Should there be art attached?
Question, do you own the roll20 Monster Manual? If not, then no. Tokens do not exist in the Compendium for the SRD monsters. However, I would agree that the blank token when dragging from the SRD is a bug.

I don't own the Monster Manual. I agree, the invisible token is definitely a bug, since you need to remove it before you can actually use a token.
Hi G G, Could you capture a console log for when you drop a token onto the VTT? Especially one that is not already in your journal. Thank you!

I added a new monster (the Duergar) and posted the console log here: https://pastebin.com/qrBy5DnW
Thank you for that log. I am seeing a 403 (Forbidden) error right when you drop the token onto the tabletop which means there is something getting in the way of loading that image. Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues and see if this might help you out. Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache Thank you!

I've done those steps in both Chrome and Firefox, and am seeing the same behaviour. My antivirus is Microsoft Essentials, and I don't see any way to disable that. I did disable the Real Time Protection feature. Edit: I'm on Win7 64bit.
Here is the console log from when I attempt the same thing. Hope this helps.

Kyle, do you see the same behaviour I do?
Yes, there is an empty token in the character sheet when dragging a monster from the SRD compendium.

Thanks, when Drespar replied I was starting to think this was just effecting me.
Hi Everyone, We know what is going on that is causing the problem and are working on a fix to be pushed out. Thank you for your patience and help in pointing all this out! :)
