[LFG] Rise of Runelords so I can finally finish

I played Rise of Runelords before but I only seem to have finish the first book, but I always want to finish it. So I'm wondering if there is any group that either wish to start it or is currently running it and have room. I'm free in evening EST Tuesday-Sunday (Monday is a no go for me).
I've never even managed to finish the first book, I too would love to play the AP from start to finish.
Same situation here, start in and never get through first book. Would love to try and finish it off!
Know any GM who want to run it?
I attempted to run it a few months back(player involved killed the game), but I want to finish as a player. I have played it first then tried to GM it not getting past 1/2 in first book in both instances.
Bump still looking

Got halfway thru Book 1. That was 2 years ago. Given up on playing it. This is on my list to run...but I am already booked for running Mummy's Mask and Red Hand. If my schedule opens up I will consider this. In the interest of full disclosure I will need some guarantees* before I spend 200 hours of prep and 150 hours running :) *Oh I don't mean $. I mean dedicated players. Also PFS# as I will be handing out chronicles for Society. I'd recommend 6 players because 1 or more folks usually cannot make it, one usually drops without notice, and real life happens to one more. Ideally each player has a backup player so when they leave, another may step in :) I'm hoping my schedule will clear up around beginning of the year. Will keep you folks posted if there's still interest then (or if someone else doesn't take up the torch.)
I for one am dedicated to playing RotRLs till the end!
Id be totes up for it =p I played like half the first book a couple years back, looked hella interesting, and I mean its Rise, its like THE Classic ^.^
If I could get in on this, I'd be onboard to the end.

Making a post where I can track interest. DM: Me Players +2 (my GF and her friend) Exile Kenneth SAMCRO Andrew S. Dan K. David D. Schedule: TBD.
Yes! Ive got a game on Wensdays, but otherwise, Im totally free ^.^
Have a game Friday, Saturday or Sunday afternoon/evenings would be best for me, but willing to discuss. EST by the way.
I'm available everyday except Monday, starting a game in the next week or so then.
I'm available everyday except Monday as well. Between Andrew, Dan K. Samcro and I it looks like Tuesday and Thursday.
So what characters are people looking to play? I'm looking for Paladin or melee focus bard

I have 2 options: 1. A female Elven Ranger centered around her bow. This was the first character I planned on using for RotRLs 2. A male Elven Slayer, melee focused around doing a lot of damage. This was the 2nd character I used a few months back when a RotRLs went 1 session. So those are my options
Lol, Ive come up with like 5 or 6 char concepts Id love to play.... Half Orc Alchemist "Doctor" who goes Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde A Pyromaniac Alchemist Gobo(Doubt thatll be okayed, but god I wanna play it one day T.T) Hex Crafter Bladebound Gish styled on Don Quieto because of course I can one shot an Ogre, who cares if its a windmill =p A Meteor Hammer Maneuver Fighter Connan Barbarian(Bigass sword and str to face skills) Minnion Necromancer(Like Gobo doubt thisll be ok)
A character I played in a strange aeons AP I was in, an Elven Evoker/Admixture. It was a fun but challenging build I was going for, sadly the game fell apart after we finished the first book, so I never got a chance to see how well it worked past lvl four.

Schedule: TBD. Does your GF and her friend have any character ideas? She's currently playing a geo-kineticist and her friend a bow ranger in MM. She did not want to deal with too much crunch. Not sure what she would like in this game. However my rule here is play what you like we'll probably have enough overlap with this many folks. Granted at least one full arcane as well as a divine is recommended, but if we want all martials that will make life interesting. For other suggestions for those who are unfamiliar there is the RoTR Player's Guide which is a free DL from Paizo. http://paizo.com/products/btpy8tgl?Pathfinder-Adve... Chargen guidelines: (subject to change of course) :) Paizo only* 32 point buy. (hey I like big darn heroes) 3 traits, one which must be a RotR campaign traits. Other campaign traits available on request (like Trapfinder from MMask if we end up with no rogue). 1 extra feat at level 1. Humans get another feat on top.*** Yeah I'm specist, sue me :) ***clarification. Yes a human will have 1 for level 1, 1 for racial bonus, 1 more bonus and 1 more for human again before other considerations. Unless you wish to take less because you prefer to. *If someone can really sell me on it I may allow Path of War. Never used it, don't have it so I am not aware of potential issues (but then I was a big fan of Book of Nine Swords in 3.5x) But nothing else third party please.** **I may allow some homebrew stuff depending on makeup and balance issues but this will mostly be for Tier 4 and lower. I'll probably make a group thread and such. Please give me some time, juggling 4 games now :) so we can address these in the game but for those early birds who want a head start just posted the basics above.
I have to be honest, those guidelines are actually a bit too generous IMO, I'd be fine with a regular 25 point buy and 2 traits.
Id agree that those are generous stats to create. I prefer to play with some angst and not rule the world. I'd be fine with a standard PC build, but with that being said if that is what the GM wants I can play by those rules as well. Just throwing ot out there.

Oh okies...If you folks prefer to use less (like 25/2) I won't object, esp. if you are planning tier 1-2 classes or have good optimization skills :) On the other hand if you intend core fighter/rogue, or for that matter pretty much any martial please take the bump. Hurm, much thinking...Let's see what the other players vote for, I can be flexible. Edit: My take is if I offer more options the more players will be able to add that fluff trait or skill. I am a big fan of fluff. :) That and I find a party where not just the bard or sorcerer has a charisma above 7, the wizard that doesn't dump strength, etc...to be refreshingly different, lol. Plus hey its home game and I like having options available to folks that normally don't have them in Society play. Hence extra traits, feats. Also most of my friends are very low on optimization so I that is another reason why I tend to buff their stats so they keep up. On that note I may be missremebering but are not APs are built around core 4 and what 15 point buys? So yes I get the concern. It is a very valid point. If most folks want a lower build hen sure we'll do that. Just waiting on more feedback then. :)
Do humans gain 4 feats or 3 feats at level 1?
Normally classes get 1 feat at 1st, humans get a bonus feat so a human wizard for example gets 2 feats at 1st.

The super generous char gen stuff is nice I suppose =p I personally dont much care for playin T1 classes, once they get access to third level spells they just seem too easy. I like my T2 and T3 classes =p Although a Forgemaster Cleric actually looks pretty nice... EDIT 2: And now Ive gone and rolled one up and am SUPER excited to play her >.<
Is there any update on this or...?
