Looking for Character Sheet Designer for custom ruleset character sheets

Hey gang, I was looking for someone willing to answer some questions/design a custom character sheet for my group. We have our own rule set we use, and its pretty complicated and beyond us when it comes to putting it into a nice looking character sheet (we're all amateur coders at best). My questions are pretty much is anyone willing to help us get a more clean and official look for our game? Right now we have a really ugly and messy character sheet that we can't really interact with and is a hassle to scroll through. We basically need help with the more complicated things like API, roll templates, and more automated stats (right now we have to manually calculate and plug things in). Secondly, I'm not entirely clear on the compendiums but is it possible to make compendiums for private groups or are they more community things for the official rule sets? Cause if so, that would also be pretty grand to get set up. Willing to discuss possible compensation, as I imagine this is kinda a tall order, but we're all fresh out of college and broke as a joke, so if its too pricey to set up we'll probably just deal with what we got currently... It works in a Macgyver kinda way. Right this moment though I'm just looking to try and figure out how hard this would be to do, how much work it would be, and if anyone would really be willing to do this. Thank you all in advance!

The comendiums are created by Roll20 staff, so custom compendiums are not possible.. Is your game system based on, dicepool, successes,  d20? One option would be to start from some sheet/system that is similar and work out the differences. Have you looked at other sheet's html/css code at Roll20's github  repository ? That would be a good start to figure out basic ways to make sheets, that's what I did. Start with some sheet/system that you are familiar with, it's much easier to figure out how things fit together, both the shapes and styles of them, but also how the rolls work. The roll20 wiki have okay pages on all things related to char sheet creation , and googling things related to  html / css styling gets you far. In the last week or two I've familiarized myself with these by just reading all available things and googling a lot, and I had just the barest of understanding of html/css before that, and now I'm a sheet author(albeit for a shitty one that needs improvements) I can't say anything on the API,sheetworker or making templates as I haven't looked too much into them, but the same general idea applies, look at existing content and prefer to rework that build from scratch.
