[LFG][MST] Anyone still playing the older Forgotten Realms 3.5 setting and need a player?

Greetings. Been a while since I've been around and finally back together enough to start trying to game again. I'm curious if anyone is still running games in the old Forgotten Realms stuff around the 3.5 era, before the Spellplague and the rest that came in later. If so, I'd be interested in joining one of said games. I'm an older player (36) and am in the MST timezone. Time to play is variable, so I'm mostly just looking to see if there ARE any games that are accepting new players rather than making specifics at this point. Been gaming for 25 years, DMing for around 20 of that and would love another game where I can just play instead of DMing. Sadly, I have difficulty speaking for long periods of time, so a voice/text mix or just text would be a prime thing for me, but don't be afraid to post all the same. Thanks for the interest and hope to see a few responses.
So your looking for a 3.5 game set in Faerun?
Aye. I wouldn't mind at all. I've been a huge fan of the lore since I started reading the books around '88 and love to get some good, heavy RP in in the setting. I've made plenty of my own worlds, but there's something about FR that always draws me in and gives me ideas, so I like to DM in it. I'd just prefer to try and play for a bit instead of DMing. So, if there's an opening in a game that uses text or voice/text, I wouldn't mind seeing if I could get involved with that. If there IS, then I'd be happy to discuss play times and such. My preference would be Sundays, later evening Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or early day Saturday, but I'd see what I could do all the same.
