It's not a matter about skype is a matter of being able to voice chat. Skype is just another way to voice chat. I thought you just had problems with the audio chat on d20 for whatever reasons. You're better off trying to find a D&D group in your hometown which I can kinda help you out on where to look for one.

I have a Changeling game on here without voice why does every DnD player have to have it? I see World of Darkness as being more voice chat needed. And I know where to go just... shy in real life.

Aye sadly it is a bit annoying for those who don't have the option to voice chat. But voice chatting just makes things so much easier on everyone else including on yourself.
