Ok so this is a weird one. First of all I'm using a Hp Pavillonx360 laptop. heres my issue: So I was having an issue with token waypoint not working so I had the idea of I should factory reset my laptop in case some app or anything was what was affecting it. so, I did the factory reset and downloaded windows 10. Before I did the factory reset everything with roll 20 with the exception for token waypoint was working just fine. no issue with lag or laptop performance in games with big maps and a lot of data on chrome and Edge browsers. After the Factory reset and upgrade to windows 10, If I try to load a game with big maps and a lot of data ill have issues. on google chrome my Memory usage will be pushed to 60-90% with Chrome having 6 processes hitting around 1500mb to 2000mb at times with one of the processes being 95%of he total. Disk usage will hit 100% and stay there when I first join the game system process jumps to 7-9mbs after a minute or so it will drop down to 0.2-0.7mbs... the chrome processes will then jump to 3-7mbs fluctuating a lot. chrome usually freezes up. When I use Microsoft Edge things are more stable with me being able to join the game but things like scrolling the map, moving token, and opening up my character sheet will be a little slow or laggy. I am hoping someone knows what my issue is cant be that roll 20 or that game is too much for my laptop because before I did the factory reset everything was working fine.is there any services I need to disable, processes I need to end, or anything to fix my issue?
