Attacks from a character sheet or monster attacks are automated by clicking a link in the character sheet. This is a big time saver, and the output in the chat window is definitely fun. What is a big problem for me is the double dice rolls . I understand that this is supposed to be for when advantage/disadvantage applies to a roll and if it doesn't, you are just supposed to ignore the second roll. But here's the thing. The majority of the time, advantage/disadvantage doesn't apply. Still, you are forced to make the double roll anyways. This clutters things up and new players find it confusing. And what's really disappointing for me is that when playing with 3D dice, in attack situations and other times double dice rolling occurs, you aren't sure which 3D die is which. That greatly detracts from the fun of seeing the 3D dice rolling in the first place. You can't get excited about rolling a natural 20 when watching the dice roll. This bums people out and they end up turning 3D dice rolling off, which decreases the fun factor. If advantage/disadvantage applies, I'd far rather that I just click on the attack twice to generate an additional roll. As far as I know there's no way to turn off the double rolling, but I think Roll20 would be a much better product if that option was available. How hard could it be?
