Players can't Load Maps

My players were doing out first session testing Roll20 and at the first map change a problem arose. We were able to play fine on the first map, but when transitioning to the second, we had one player unable to load the map. He attempted refreshing the page, relaunching his browser (Firefox 12.0), to no avail. We decided to all exit the campaign and relaunch it, at which point another player, who had previously successfully transitioned to the map and also runs Firefox 12 was no longer able to load the map. While myself and the third player have been able to successfully load the map fairly consistently using Chrome 18.0.1, however the first person to encounter the problem was still unable to load the map on Chrome. We all run Windows 7, with the exception of the other player to have no issues who runs Windows 8. Sadly, since I can't identify what the problem even is, I'm not sure how to replicate it. Perhaps someone else has run into this error and can provide the steps to recreate the problem. I tested other maps, and it seems to be kind of hit-and-miss as to what loads and what doesn't. I was able to get the second player to have problems to get back in, as unexpectedly and without reason as the problem itself seems to be. I would guess that there's some error that is intermittent, and probably related to loading tokens, since the map with the most trouble is the map where I used tokens on the map layer as things like bookshelves and altars.
When you say "unable to load the map", was it getting stuck on the loading screen? Or did it "load" the map but images were missing? Or something else? Thanks for reporting this issue, and so sorry that you had a bad experience on your first time out with your players!
Stuck on the loading screen. I added a bit to my original post from my attempts so far to track the problem down.
Also, did this just happen within the last hour or two, or before then? Just wanting to know if maybe it's a bug introduced by the newest update...
Do you happen to have any songs playing in the Jukebox while you are doing the map change?
Originally there was a song playing, not anymore. Also, the problem began one or two hours ago.
So, just to recap, you are having issues with players loading the map on both Firefox 12 and Chrome 18, and both browsers have had issues even without the Jukebox playing while you switched maps?
Okay, I just pushed out a change or two that *may* help. If you/players reload and it's still not working on Firefox, can you also disable the Fog of War for that page (unless it's not enabled, it which case let me know). You can disable it while you are on another page before switching to that page, or disable it in Chrome, and see if that helps. Thanks!
Chrome seems to be working fine now, but Firefox isn't, even with fog of war off.
Is it not loading in Firefox on both the GM and player side, or just the player side? And is it just one specific page or all pages in the campaign?
