player "not Authorized"

Player keeps getting a "not authorized" message when trying to join the game. he is joining from the campaign details page. he is already a member of the campaign. he has restarted, logged out and back in. tried chrome and firefox. any help?

Have you tried copying the join link from within the game chat  window and sending(PM/email) that to the player?

Have you used the invite link as well? "Invite Players"

If he is listed as a member of the game and can not gain access to it, check that he is signed in with the right account. Some people use multiple accounts on roll20. The only other suggestion is to contact him and let him know you are booting him from the game and resending him an invite. This might clear up the issue. The only other thing I can think of right now is to have him  clear his cache on his computer so it will pull fresh info from the site.

He only has one account as this is the only game he plays. I have kicked him and reunited him. He has cleared everything.
