Ability to Pan, always.

Still hoping we get an ability to pan around the page (Yes, I know you can right click and pan instead of having to use the scroll bar) But what you cannot do is pan while zoomed out enough to where you don't have a scroll bar, and your map is stuck on the left hand side of the screen  and you can't move it to the middle of the screen where it would make sense, it's just stuck there on the left hand side. The only reason I ask this, is because sometimes at certain zoom out percentages (when the map is mostly on screen but not completely, when you pan up and down, there are graphical glitches where the size of the map extends down and acts like there is extra space, sometimes this makes it hard to tell if you've filled the entire space with your background, due to this issue, sometimes it makes creating a map on a page a bit difficult. I'm not sure if this bug has been looked into but it's been there as long as I've used Roll20. Anyways, just my 2 cents, It'd be lovely if we could move the page around the screen, even while zoomed all the way out and having no scroll bar.
I agree...would be nice to have right click or mouse wheel click be used for panning at all times.
Agreed. That negative space glitch has annoyed me as well.
