Greetings! I am currently designing a campaign around interested players and have already made a topic for it, also I'm fairly new to this site myself. As it happens, in the setting of the campaign there is quite an open path for evil characters, and one of the core NPCs is a necromancer. I would like to ask some questions to clarify things if you are interested. Do you have any specific days you wish to play? What rule sets are you most comfortable with, Pathfinder, D&D editions? Is your Evil aligned character willing to get along with other players who might be good aligned?
