I'm a relatively new gm looking for players for a homebrew setting and ruleset, it'll be using voice chat for communication but personally I'm more comfortable roleplaying in text, although i'm completely fine with the players roleplaying in voice. The time is completely negotiable, whatever fits the players more is fine, although personally i'm GMT+0.
