Never played... no experience

Hey there; I'm interested in learning D&D most of all but wouldn't mind playing any other variant tbh. Anyone mind taking me under their wing and teaching me the ropes?

Your best bet would be going to looking for group search and do one for your system and welcomes new players. Find a group and learn from them. You won't get a group that clicks with you on first try usually but you have to make an effort. The more effort you put into this hobby the more you get out of it. No matter what other people tell you about this system or this style of playing just remember that if you are not having fun then keep looking. Remember that with this site being international you need to always include some additional information like your timezone, what days and time you are able to game, you already stated you want to play D&D but do you know there are many different editions. There is OD&D, Retroclones, AD&D 1E, 2E, 3.0, 3.5, 4E, Pathfinder, D&D Next (5E) are just for Dungeons and Dragons. There is a system for every genre also. Good luck and if you have a question or need help then just post and someone will answer.
Hey there Erik. I am currently in the development process of a Campaign that will be launching its first session Sunday. We have 5 players currently in the character building process. They range from little to no experience to 10+ years. My Sessions are unique in its ability to appeal to veteran players and be extremely easy for new players to pick up and start playing, likewise my approach to sessions is unique in the regards I pull from a spectrum of sources. 2E, 3E 3.5E, Pathfinder etc. We operate on a US PST timezone and will be doing sessions on Sunday Late Evening 9-10p. If this sounds appealing to you let me know, we would love to have you and hopefully give you a great introduction to this ever expanding and practically boundless universe.

I would love to play, I got a 4e starter kit for Christmas, and really wanted to play. I learned the basics, but soon forgot, and no one in my family would play. I found this site and noticed it would cost less money to play on. I am new, and need some help with the character creation, and the overall mechanics. I am in MTN time (Arizona), and I am at school between 8AM-4PM. I am 13 years old, but I understand math and mostly good grammar. I really need help in playing. I would appreciate it if you would help me. (I am interested in 3.5e)
I'd definitely like to join, Pasquale! How do I go about doing that?
