[LFP][D&D 5E] DARK SUN

I'm wondering if there would be any interest in a Dark Sun game using D&D 5E?

I'd be interested in playing a Dark Sun campaign.  I've heard some pretty intriguing things about Dark Sun from a friend that played it back in the day and would like to play a 5e version of it.

Excellent, I’m going to stick to the core setting with a few tweaks. I played Dark Sun back in the day as well and always liked the post-apocalyptic/fantasy feel of it.

Dont know of Dark Sun but im always willing to learn. Just looking for a new group to play with. I'll do some research. 

I'll be putting up a game page shortly, it looks like there is some interest. I'd like to make this a bi-weekly/weekly game, whichever works out for everyone who is involved. Can I have everyone state what days and time would work best. I was thinking either a weeknight or Sunday evening, 6pm until 9pm EST.

i'm available any time on friday or saturday.

I actually prepped a campaign for DND 5e in a Dark Sun setting. I got pdfs and the actual Dark Sun boxed set from back in the day to prep. I'd be down for a week night game if you get this started. I've read most of the novels as well.

I've almost completed the synopsis for at least the beginning of the campaign. I figure once we have everything nailed down as far as time and day, I'll want to do character creation since it will not be standard 5e with all of the Dark Sun stuff.

I'd be interested. I'm very new to tabletop roleplaying games in general, but I'd really like to come along and learn a few bits and pieces if you have room in the party?

I use to love Dark Sun. It was a crazy gritty(haha) world. I'd be interested if the times matched up with my free time. Sun-Thurs are better for me than fri-sat.

played in a long DS&nbsp; campaign a long time ago (AD&D times) and loved it, would love to join if you start, what timezones are you guys? (I'm in GMT so it might not work)

I am building a Pathfinder Dark Sun campaign.&nbsp; I just prefer it to 5E.&nbsp; I also ran a GURPS Dark Sun and that was awesome! And of course the AD&D version as well.&nbsp; I do have lots of interest in playing a Dark Sun game though.&nbsp; Let me know what times you pick out.

I love 5e and would love to try out Dark Sun. Tuesdays work best for me. I can accommodate myself&nbsp;to a time zone.
