Can not turn Dynamic Lighting on a map.

I am not sure if this is intended or not. I just upgraded to a supporter, and on one of my games I do not have the option to turn dynamic lighting on a map. I can turn it on in a campaign I created, but not to one that I am a co-gm on. Is it intended that only the creator can use dynamic lighting, or should other GM's have this ability?

This is intentional. The owner of the campaign is the person that determines what access the campaign has. The owner also has access to certain features (such as the ability to promote or kick players) that a co-GM does not have.
Thank you for the quick reply.
