The West Estuary Trading Company: AD&D 2e Dark Sun Campaign, EST (Long-Term)

Looking for dedicated players interested in playing a long term campaign in the Dark Sun (Athas) setting. This ongoing campaign is also part of a convention-run game sponsored by many well known people and companies such as members of the Gygax family, Dwarven Forge, and many others. Players will have a chance to participate in a multi-party campaign where they can actively shape the very face of Athas itself with their actions. There have been slight modifications to the world, such as non-typical races/classes being allowed, and certain events which set into motion a chain reaction that has yet to fully be comprehended by those involved. WIP, UPDATES COMING SOON

I am interested in your game and updates about this. Played lots of 2E but I have not played in Dark Sun setting (I have read a little bit about it). What days/times will the game be played on Roll20, and will this be on video mode or voice only? Do players in this need to participate in the convention-run game sessions too, or is there even the opportunity to? When you said multi-party campaign, would that mean that who-ever plays in the Roll20 game, won't be in the Convention game, but their party's actions will affect the world/setting/plot that is used for the con group?
I am also interested to get updates on this especially if I can make this work with my pst timezone. A weekend perhaps?
I am very interested as long as the game does not run on Saturdays [The only day of the week I am not available. I am available any other of the 6 days].
Likewise interested. My Friday nights are occupied with gaming, and my Saturdays with family, but I am otherwise available. I'm quite familiar with AD&D, if a little rusty, and I recall a fair bit of the Athas lore from back in the day.
Sunday sounds pretty popular... ;)
I am thinking of aiming for around 1pm EST on Sundays, would that be accepta me for all? As far as the convention side of things, it's here in northeastern PA, and if you can make it, you're mpre than welcome to come out...it's held several times during the summer months.

Players can attend both, if actually possible. Voice only is needed via Discord. Actions of the various parties may affect the others, but I will keep everyone up to par with whatever goes on.

UPDATE: A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE GAME (Game Link: https://app.roll20.net/join/1963515/6ZgfFA) After the fall of Tyr's Sorceror-King, Kalak, and the declaration that it would be the first city-state to outlaw slavery (a common practice on Athas), the region was thrown into chaos. It is from this ensuing chaos that the West Estuary Trading Company (WET Co.) was founded by an enterprising group of adventuring mercenaries led by a charismatic and brutal Drow pirate-prince from the Silt Sea. He, along with his fellow employees became the leading members of what is now one of the most profitable and deadly upstart Merchant Houses in the Tyr Region. WET Co. has based itself near the twin towns of North & South Ledopolous along the Trade Road. It is here that their main base of operations has taken root, and they are a formidable force indeed. Having not only secured most of the Trade Road and banks along the nearby Estuary of the Forked Tongue, the West Estuary Trade Co. has started expanding its operations; and this is where the party comes in...as newly hired (or returning) members of the Merchant House, these field agents will be tasked with all sorts of jobs that the shady group has to offer. Are they brave enough to climb the ranks of this organized criminal syndicate and make a name for themselves? Will they dare to face off against Templars (agents of the Sorceror-Kings), the politics of the City-States, and worse yet, the terrors of the desert and the mysterious Silt Sea? It will fall on these unscrupulous antiheroes to determine the fate of Athas as we know it. Rumors have begun to spread, of anarchy in the streets of Tyr, further enhanced by the arrival of a potential rival organization, and and outbreak of a deadly plague surrounding the city. Strange creatures have also been spotted throughout the Tyr Region after the (assumed) eruption of a mountain range near Tyr's silver mines, and a temple to a long forgotten entity discovered deep in the sandy wastelands. These events, along with others have been spoken of by scattered prophets and shamans alike, seemingly foretelling the coming of an evil unlike anything Athas has seen before. If the rumors are to be believed, nine Seals from a bygone era are scattered throughout Athas, and 2 of them are believed to have already fallen, allowing things not of this world to breach its planar boundaries. Can the party discover the truth, and repair these broken wards (and stop the others from a similar fate) before Athas is engulfed by a literal Hell-on-Earth?
