Mobile Crashes

Anybody know why my game doesn't work for me on my iPad, or for my player on his Android, or for my other player on his iPhone, or for my other player on her iPad mini? Usually it looks like it is trying to load, but then within 30 seconds the browser crashes.
What campaign is it that you are experiencing this issue with? Make sure that you've got any pages you aren't actively using archived.
If you're looking at my account, I've been using PTU Civil War Season V: Second Generation. I've cut it down to the 8 (reasonably small) rooms that I will be using during next session, but I had another crash before I could even get visual confirmation on the smallest room.
Which iPad generation do you have? Just curious. I'll try and test this out on my iPad when I get a chance and let you know what I find out.
I personally have an iPad 2; the mini in the group has the same iOS.
Okay. Usually when we see this behavior it's an out of memory crash. Like I said I'll take a look when I can.

While I haven't had a chance to take a look on my iPad yet (it's not with me right now), I did take a look on my laptop. I am going to say that I'm about 90% sure it's an out of memory problem. Try archiving all but one page and see if it loads then. Then unarchive a page or two at a time and you should be able to quickly figure out which ones are causing the problem. My guess would be one of the Seafoam Cave pages or possibly the one with the Hex grid. In theory mobile devices should be able to work with any one of those pages individually, but when they are unarchived, it tries to load all the graphics right when you join the campaign. So it may be that you can only have one of those really complicated maps like the Seafoam Cave ones unarchived at once (complicated because there are a lot of individual objects on them...not only tokens but lots of map tiles). I will do some further experimentation on my iPad later today/tomorrow to get some further insight, but I wanted to let you know my thoughts in case you didn't have time to wait until then to find out the final result :-)
I understand, as I have seen this with other apps, and it looks familiar. I haven't had the chance to attempt the changes you suggested, but I'll let you know if I find anything.
