[LFG] Starfinder. Newb(ish) NZ player. (GMT+12)

G'day there. My name is Kev and I'm looking for a group looking to play some Starfinder. I own the Starfinder Handbook and have had a couple of hours play on the adventure path, Incident at Absolom Station. But I'd consider myself completely new at it. Ideally I'd like to find a GM/Group that is some what new as well, to learn the rules with. I'd prefer if the group stuck with the core rules for now. (So that I can learn them properly before introducing homebrew elements.) But, I don't mind at all if the DM wants to create a custom campaign. In fact, that would be fantastic. Also fine with joining in an existing story/campaign. A little about me. I'm 25+. Male. Kiwi. I've played D&D 5e for over a year almost exclusively. Starfinder is my first foray into other systems. As much as I love D&D, Sci-Fi is my greatest love when it comes to genre. I'd describe myself as a creative, humorous player who prefers cooperative play over in-party drama. Hey Kev, I'm putting together a new Starfinder game in a few weeks.  I've got a lot of experience GMing (well over 20 years at this point) but  this is my first Starfinder game.  I have two players already, neither of whom has played Starfinder before, although both have some experience with Pathfinder.  I am planning to run things pretty close to the books the first time out (as far as rules go) although of course what the players may encounter out in the vast is another story entirely... In any case, we are trying to find a few extra players, and are planning to meet together every other Friday night from 6:30pm EST (UTC-5) to roughly 10:30pm (although we may occasionally go a little over, if all the players are cool with it).  If this sounds interesting to you, and/or can work with your schedule, we'd love to hear from you.
