Hello Roll20 peeps, I am in need one an additional personality to join our toleplay-heavy Savage Worlds game / podcast! -- Please read all of the following information -- We are looking for someone who is interested in joining a long-term podcast with the aim of telling entertaining stories. While, yes, we all should be having fun the main focus will be on providing great entertainment! We will be using Savage Worlds because I, the DM, am having 5E burnout and wanted an interesting / new (to me) system that would help to put the focus on storytelling without having to rely too heavily upon mechanics -- that doesn't mean that combat and crunch wont exist. Our game's setting will be SciFi / Action / with some comedy. Imagine all of the shenanigans you could get up to in space. Sounds pretty cool, right? Some things to consider before applying: - You must have a decent quality microphone. Gaming headsets are not acceptable. - Be comfortable with roleplaying, as this will be a large portion of what we do. (You don't need to be a professional actor, just a fun person!) - Be comfortable with and able to record your own audio - which will be later edited by me. - We will be on Discord for our calls. - This is a weekly commitment, so please be sure you are ready, willing and able when applying. The schedule for our recording sessions will be as follows: - All players and DM will be on Discord at 8 PM CST to get all chatter out of our systems, we will basically catch up and shoot-the-poop*. - At 830 PM CST, we will begin our recording sessions for an hour-and-a-half ending at approximately 10 PM CST. - You will be expected to deliver your audio track to me within 24 hours to be edited by our chosen publishing date. - Start it all over again the following Monday.
