Is it not reporting the proper distance? You can change the way diagonals are measured in the Page Settings with the "Diagonals" dropdown box: <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Page_Settings" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Page_Settings</a> What is it currently set to?

Sarah is right, I was using the DnD one and I had the same problem. I switched to the Pathfinder one and everything is fixed!
