Request Looking for GM or GM Training (Pathfinder)

Hi planning on playing a pathfinder game with a group of 6 including me. 2 (including me) has 1 session of Pathfinder experience as a player, 2 are newbies, and 2 are familiar / has experience with dnd. I'm asking for help being trained on how to DM or looking for DM for our group. If you choose to DM I'm willing to provide support with world gen / content creation and stat tracking and rule checking, and potentially DM for future sessions if you would like a break. We will be starting at Lvl 1 with a 20 point buy and 2 traits and as of now we have 1. Dwarven Gunslinger (Newbie) (planning to build a stealth gunslinger) 2. Dwarven Bard (Newbie) (Plans on roleplaying a dwarf who believes hes a elf wizard and hates other dwarves) 3. Gnome Oracle (Dnd experience not pathfinder) 4. Undecided (Dnd experience not pathfinder) 5. Half-Elf Two weapon Fighting Trip Fighter (Pathfinder Experience 1 session) 6. Me if your Dming (3 class options including full utility human bard, Archer Half-orc Barbarian who believes hes the best archer in the world, Dwarf Inquisitor who resolves grudges and rights wrongdoings) We would like to play in an emerging firearms setting involving an even mix between roleplay and combat. If your interested or have any questions please let me know and ill be sure to respond within a day. Thanks! Edit: Timezone is PST and I'm avaliable Saturday and Sunday we are planning on starting in a few weeks for saturdays around noon.

Time zone Session length and Start time and day will help. when it comes to training a good start is the masters vault free module with roll20. Short of that i might be able to help depending on timezone. i already run 2 games on saturday so a third would be hard unless i trained you and let you fly free.
Interesting enough I was reading an article the other day by Rollingstone written around April of last year.  It was about 2 people who turned Game Mastering into a full time job. Andrew Armstrong who manages Dawnforgedcast and John Dempsey who runs a for hire website.  But you dont have to pay people like these to play or learn.  They have free videos on Youtube now days about running a DnD game.  Adam Koebel one of Roll20s own.  Then there is Matthew Mercer of Critical Role who started GMtips and passed the mantel to Satine Phoenix.  There is a guy named Cody on Youtube who uses RRoll20 specifically to teach on the use of the app and DM tips.  Matthew Coleville and even Web DM. But all these folks will say typically the same thing when it comes to running the game. Talk to each other and find out what it is you want from your sessions. Do you want to just hack monsters?  Solve Puzzles?  Roleplay? And then take it from there.  One recent video I watched was called "How to win DnD".  Basically you win playing DnD by having fun.  If you had fun, you won DnD.  You developed good relationships with the people whom come to play, you've won DnD.  You yourself have learned to grow and use your intelligence and creativity, you have won DnD. DMs are in short supply because it takes a skill to keep the game rolling and players under a bit of control.  If you try to stop an alpha at the table they tend to resent it and get backlash from it.  But this is where you grow.  Everyone gets a chance to shine at the table.  Attempt to do the thing they want to.  This upsets people because their actions could lead to "Oh Nos!  Failure!".  This upsets people when it could also be used as a fun moment or story building. I wish you luck and I hope you have lots of fun.  Time, patience, and respect will do that.
Kinda gotta know what day and what time.
Hi thanks for the advice guys I'll be sure to check those videos out. Timezones will be PST and Ill be free Saturdays and Sundays my main priority is to make sure the team is comfortable as many of them are new to the game. Main worries I have are with the encounters and rewards as I want to avoid throwing enemies that are either too weak or too strong and how to give out appropriate rewards for encounters so I'm not under or over rewarding.
As of now we don't have a set session length though It will most likely be 2-4 hours varying depending upon the groups avalibility
well flame i can step you thur some tools i use to help with balancing if you like send me a Pm and i can invite into a discord server were we can go over those im EST.
