Roll20 Game Players not consistent with Drop Down list for Character Sheet assignment.

Issue #1.  A character sheet name was not consistent with a player name and while cleaning house I deleted it.  This player had apparently changed their Roll20 name but the in game name for the assigned character sheet did not update.  I attempted a rollback in an attempt to recover the character sheet that was deleted thinking that player had left. Issue #2 After the roll back now the available players in the character sheet assignment drop down are not consistent with the current players.  None of the new players that are game players are listed in the drop down for assigning a character sheet. Please help.

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
