Hola Amigos! I'm looking for a few players (maximum of 6 first come, first served) to form a posse of Big Damn Heroes to stop the evil forces of the Reckoning from destroying the world !!!. A few things to note up front *This is not D&D/Pathfinder/any other d20 system. The system uses playing cards and poker chips in addition to dice for determining results. *This is an 18+ Horror/Western setting. Its very Cthulhu meets John Wayne with Magic and Zombies thrown in. Mature themes include things that go bump in the night, swearin', violence and gunfights, unholy rituals and cultists, blood 'n' gore, puzzles and mysteries better left unknown, and blowin' things all to hell!! I'm really lenient with folks' personal situations but its really hard for me to keep your PC with the group if you miss a bunch of sessions *You will need Discord for voice chat. Here's why I feel you should join my game if it suits your fancy The setting is the American Old West in the year 1876 but due to the machinations of Evil Forces, magic and monsters have returned to 'terrorform' the very land itself. Posse members can be anything from steely eyed gunslingers, poker using spellcasters called hucksters, Indian braves and shamans, reporters looking for their next front page story, former soldiers from either side in the still ongoing Civil War, enlightened martial artists with wirefu kungfu, Mad Scientists with their steampunk and ghost rock powered infernal devices, blessed with the power of Heaven above, outlaws or the law dogs chasin' em or anywhere in between. I'm very knowledgable with the system and the setting, so if you want to do something different, I'll figure it out. This game is NOT hack n slash, kill the monsters and take their stuff. It's more investigate the bad things and then realize how much worse things actually are. Unlike other games though, your posse is made of HEROES and they can affect the world.
