Is there a way to include an SQL database to parse for charsheet info? If so, how? (please refrain from a 'no' response unless you work for roll20)
No. (Does being a Mod count as working for Roll20?) Character Sheets can only access data in their attributes or data in their sheet workers. The closest you could get would be a large JavaScript object in the sheet worker code. Sheet workers run in a limited sandbox and do not have access to any external resources.
There is not. Generally people get data into character sheets via the API, which is similarly limited, but has better events for providing an interface.
