[5e OGL] Custom Class spell slots not showing up

I use a lot of custom classes and a lot of them are spellcasters but in the character sheet it doesn't show my total spell slots. It is set to full caster, I have tried setting slot bonus to the max to see if that would just leave it at the right number but that didn't work. I have tried going into the attributes and abilities to change it but that didn't work. Is the custom class just not set up for that spells right now or am I doing something wrong?

It would help if you specify the game system and character sheet your game is using.
