WebRTC --- OBS and Hardware Acceleration Issues

Alright, here's my problem. FIREFOX For some reason, as of late, Roll20 is considered unsecure and keeps crashing my tab whenever I attempt to use my Webcam/Voice via WebRTC. Because of this, Firefox is useless for Video and Voice. GOOGLE/OPERA  Using OBS to stream, it won't show the browser at all unless you turn off hardware acceleration in the settings. However, my WebRTC camera completely misaligns. The issue is shown below, in "Dungeon Master Ao's" video box. You can see the misalignment, where it should be fullscreen, it cuts off almost half the display with black. I circled it to show.
Hi Dungeon Master Ao, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site, and my apologies for the delayed response. Let's carefully work through Steps 1 through 8 of the Roll20 guide to Audio Visual Troubleshooting . Please be sure to provide as much information about the results of each step if you could: Step 1: Make sure you’re using the most recent version of either Chrome or Firefox Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Give Roll20 permission to use your microphone and camera Step 3: Make sure Video and Voice are turned on inside Roll20 Step 4: Clear your Web Browser’s Cache Step 5: Make sure you have the right ports open Step 6: Check if your camera is working with WebRTC Step 7: Check that your camera is functioning Step 8: Do a bandwidth test If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 9 : Step 9: Solving Technical Issues Step 9.2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 9.4: Provide a bug report Please ensure that the Console Log is complete. Thank you!
All those steps have been taken for all three browsers. With FIREFOX, I still have an issue with the browser freezing and an error from Firefox saying the tab crashed. This happens when using Roll20 for Video/Voice.  With GOOGLE and OPERA, I still have the issue where, with my Hardware Acceleration turned off so I can broadcast using OBS, I have the webcam issue where the display is completely off-centered and pushed to the right, as shown in the image provided above. When I turn Hardware Acceleration back on, it goes back to normal but then I am unable to broadcast on OBS as it leaves the screen black.
have you tired to use third part web and voice and simply layer them in OBS. if you have dual monitors you should have the relsite to do this.
