Curious how you enable this, I noticed with a dragged and dropped monster that it added this to one of it's ability, and I'd like to enable it for my own uses.
check the "mode" button next to the pathfinder logo to make sure you are in expanded mode that shows more fields that should display the level basis section if you check 'custom' on the left of the ability it will show more fields to add modifiers
