Chat Archive not loading?

Hello! So I've tried opening our chat log, and it doesn't load. The browser (firefox) makes the same light blue-grey background, however that's where it stops. I've never written on a bug forum before, so I'm not sure what information you guys need if you choose to/have time to fix it... I've tried opening it on Internet Explorer and Chrome, but it doesn't help. It was pretty long ~ Could that be the issue? Thanks heaps! :D

Unfortunately, the chat archive takes a very long time to load especially if it is large. This is a known problem and is on our list of things to fix. Thank you for reporting it. :) - Gauss

I am having a similar problem but for the chat archive as well (not just the blue / grey one that you can view when you load the campaign), I found that it's been completely deleted for my campaigns since the forum switch.  Is this a related issue?

I am experiencing this issue as well:  when you click to view the chat archive it opens a new window but it is blank except for the slate grey background.

Well, my husband (who's a lot more computer oriented than I) told me to right click on the blank space and 'View page source' This brought up a lot of html, and in there was all the text for our chat archive. So it exists, but I don't know why it won't load up. I've tried waiting and he fiddled with some unresponsive script wait time option. Sarah, thank you for your &nbsp;(and your husband's) help. In my testing it turns out this is not the 'takes forever to load' issue but is something new.&nbsp;I have filed a bug report. - Gauss
