Clearing Recent Uploads

I've recently had a game come to an end and, aside from a few images I've placed into folders, I want to clear a large chunk of the images. I know I have multiple duplicate images within the mess that is my recent uploads as I've never managed them in the past, but rather than go through and find them all, I'd rather just keep the few I've set aside and otherwise clean house.  Is this an option at all? I've had no luck trying to get into my Library outside of the game and painstakingly deleting images one by one.

Thanks for the help. While it was still a little slow, it was a lot faster than how I was doing it previously.
