Player list not updating for tokens and handouts

I had a player who couldn't find his invite link and so I generated a new invite (not realizing that he had actually signed in with the old).  The result is that there were now two players with the same name listed under the campaign.  So I kicked the first one to fix this.  It shows up properly in the campaign details page, but every time I edit a handout or token both instances of the player show up.  No matter what I have tried this list will not update and remove the kicked account.  I am using Chrome version "24.0.1312.57 m"

Alas, we cannot currently move threads. :) Question: are you sending him join links or are you using the email invite system? - Gauss

I used the email invite system to give him the second invite.  Clearly that was a mistake.  At this point I'm just confused as to why his account id that was kicked is still showing up in all the players lists inside the virtual tabletop.

Thaddeus, could you give me the name of your campaign please? As to the 'mistake' I dont think it is a mistake on your part. The system should not be duplicating people. :) - Gauss

Yes it is the only campaign on my account, the name is "Night Below".  The duplicated player name is "Odi H.".
