Questions on Products / Sales Support

Does anyone know how to contact the company? I don't see any contact link on the pages. I've questions about the various subscription levels. In particular, I am trying to test out the free subscription level, draw a simple dungeon and run a test game, but the drawing tools are anemic, the wiki less than helpful as it references content I don't see. For example, can't find any doors. Are these things only available at a higher subscription level, do I need to buy the tools I need to map from the marketplace, or both?

Hi Mike. Here is the Customer Support FAQ, which contains the email contact in various categories of questions: https://wiki.roll20.net/Customer_Support_FAQ Here is the comparison of subscription levels, https://app.roll20.net/account/supporter A good place to start is the Tutorial, https://app.roll20.net/editor/tutorial/ On the Free account, you can upload graphics (up to a quota). You could upload a complete dungeon built in another program or that you found online or have in a book. You could upload just some Doors. There are some free graphics in Roll20, and also a search that pulls some free graphics from the web. So yes, the Roll20 Marketplace is available with lots of wonderful mapping products, graphics, and pre-made maps, but no you do not need to buy them here just to create your own dungeon map. You can create your own dungeon map with a combination of Drawing Tools, Fog of War (which blackens and hides the unvisited areas), upload graphics, and add Marketplace purchases if you choose.
Thanks Gold! Will take a look.
