Menu Buttons Unreachable

When I open a campaign as a GM the initial tabs (Chat, Art, Journal, Jukebox, and Settings) are shown on two rows with only the settings tab on the second row. This double row blocks the first section of each page not allowing me to write Macros, Add Characters, change types of item searches. This is a big problem for me. This happens whenever I open the program as a GM. Firefox 12.0, Windows 7.

To my knowledge I do not have any sort of text enlargement on and it stays in that manner for all possible browser zooms.

If it is refreshed at an appropriate zoom it fixes itself, however just zooming and unzooming does not fix the problem.
