Missing Character Sheet Tabs

So one of my players (out of five) is having an issue with his character sheet where none of the tabs show up, not even the bio and info tab. He has the relavent permissions, and when I set the sheet to be editable by all players everyone but him could see and edit the sheet. This issue is consistent between any character sheets created in the campaign, and all of them show the message "unable to find character to edit" when he clicks the edit button.  This seems to only occur in games he is in that use modules, as any other games do not produce the same effect unless they contain a loaded module. I haven't heard of an issue like this before, and can't find any mention of it in past posts. Any idea what's up and how to fix it?

It's worth noting that the other game he is in that used modules was not experiencing this issue previously

My guess is he is using a browser other than Chrome or Firefox. These are the only browsers supported by Roll20.

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have him thoroughly work through Step 4 and post the complete log in this thread so the devs can review it. Thank you!
